Entry Level Customer Service Associate
Be the friendly, professional face of the brands we represent. You’ll meet customers in person at our retail partner locations, answer their questions, and help them find the right products and services, with full training and daily coaching from our leadership team.
What you’ll do
- Greet and engage customers face to face in a retail or event setting
- Explain products, services, and promotions clearly and honestly
- Deliver a positive, professional experience that represents each brand well
- Work with your team toward daily and weekly goals
What we look for
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping people
- Clear, confident communication (we’ll help you build it)
- Coachable, reliable, and ready to learn

Entry Level Client Relations
Help build strong relationships between Next Target, the brands we represent, and their customers. You’ll learn how campaigns run from the inside: representing client brands, following up with customers, and making sure every interaction meets our standards.
What you’ll do
- Build rapport with customers and represent client brands professionally
- Communicate clearly and follow up to keep relationships strong
- Support campaign goals and help track results with your team
- Learn the business side: client standards, reporting, and team development

- Organized, dependable, and professional
- Strong communication skills, or the drive to develop them
